Kajal Aggarwal has taken up a new hobby during the lockdown in Mumbai. She recently took to Instagram to reveal her new hobby, which is knitting.
The Live Telecast actress wrote that knitting helps her relax and also feel quite productive during the lockdown. Kajal lives with her husband Gautam Kitchlu in their new house in Mumbai. The couple got married on October 30, 2020.
Maharashtra went into lockdown last month due to a sharp rise in the novel coronavirus cases. Ever since the lockdown began, Kajal and her husband Gautam Kitchlu, like the rest of the people, have been staying indoors. In her leisure time, Kajal Aggarwal has recently taken up knitting.
She took to Instagram to share a piece of cloth that she knitted. The Mosagallu actress revealed that knitting keeps her relaxed.
Sharing the photo, Kajal wrote, “KNIT. PRAY. LOVE. While the situation is very grim, there is a general feeling of helplessness and anxiety around us. It is very important to focus and apply our minds to something, it can be anything- The idea is to feel purposeful/ creative and establish a sense of usefulness, productivity and achievement.
I have taken up knitting very recently and it helps me relax, it helps with mental well-being! I believe the act of creating something for others is truly therapeutic! What are you doing to stay occupied at home in your free time? (sic).”
